Cancelled the shaft seal and used magnetic coupling to indirectly drive,completely eliminating the trouble of dripping and never polluting thesite. Due to the use of "fluoroplastic alloy" for the overcurrent part of thepump. It can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis,and strong oxidants of any concentration without damage.

The driving device adopts an active magnetic coupling directly installedon the motor shaft, and the pump chamber is completely closed.Through magnetic coupling, the impeller with magnetic steel on thepump shaft is indirectly driven to rotate, which is compact, safe andenergy-saving.

Although the part in contact with the liquid is fluoroplastic, the pumpbody substrate is made of metal material, so the pump body canwithstand the weight and mechanical impact of some pipelines, and issturdy and durable.

Q1: Can this magnetic pump run dry? What are the daily maintenance suggestions?

A: Dry running is strictly forbidden. The internal silicon carbide bearings rely on conveyed liquid for lubrication and cooling, dry friction will damage bearings and containment sleeve rapidly. Regularly check pipeline air intake; drain residual liquid inside pump if long-term shutdown to prevent crystallization and corrosion.
